Why is it difficult for parents , schools , teachers to do anything when bullying happens?
It is difficult for parents and schools know about bulling because the bully might say " Don't tell anyone or i will beat you up." It is also difficult because the bully could black mail them to do stuff and be their slave. If you tell someone straight away they could get the problem sorted out. The bully could get stood down or alot of detention.
