Bullying is an issue all over the world.
Its difficult for parents/schools/teachers to get involved because the victim might not want to open up to them and get them involved. Bullying causes their victims to act different and react differently, for example their victims get scared or frightened when being approached. Its hard for parents/schools/teachers to do something because they might not know what to do or struggle to react to the situation.
