From my point of view, I strongly believe that it is difficult for parents, schools and teachers to prevent bulling from happening is because the people getting bullied are to scared to let out the truth. Also there might be a lack of misunderstanding between the person getting bullied and whoever they ask help from. Lastly I think that some parents and schools don't see what their child or student is getting affected by so I think that in a way parents and schools should communicate with their children or students in a way they can see what is happening in each persons life.
