Why is it difficult for parents - schools - teacher - to do anything when bullying happens?
Because the situation is never told by the person whos been bullied , or is a life threatening in which the person finds it difficult to spill what’s been done or it can not be controlled if the person refuses to tell the truth which makes everything even complicated to sort out.
