Question: Why is it difficult for parents / schools / teachers to do anything when bullying happens?
Answer: I think it is difficult because when the person who is getting bullied tells them about that they are getting bullied sometimes they might not be telling the whole truth. So they can’t do anything about it to help them get through their problem.
