Why is it difficult for parents , schools , teachers to do anything when bullying happens?
The reason why it is difficult for parents and teacher to do anything about bullying is because the child that is getting bullied might get embarrassed or would be scared that when the child would tell someone responsible the bully would come back and might bully him even worse. It depends on how the bully reacts.
